Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Beef or pork roast of almost any cut
1½-2 c. soya sauce
1 c. water
1½ c. apple juice or any kind of fruit juice works and juice is optional.
1 pkg onion soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
Put roast in your favorite roasting pan with a lid. Pour all the liquid ingredients over the roast and last of all, sprinkle the onion soup mix on top. Best if baked lower and slower. Maybe 325 degrees for 4-5 hours? Depends on the size of your roast. And if it's frozen possibly do it overnight or if you don't have that much time, try it in your instant pot! You can also do this in the slow cooker... 4-5 hours on high or 6-8 on low. And anyone can correct me on the temp or time.
