1/2 c flour
1/2 t ground mustard
1/2 t garlic powder
1/2 t pepper
1/4 t seasoned salt
4 boneless pork loin chops, 4 oz each
2 T oil
1 can chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour and seasonings in a shallow bowl. Dredge the pork chops and brown on both sides in a skillet in hot oil. Add the pork chops to a slow cooker and pour in the chicken broth. Cook on low for 2-3 hours. Remove the pork chops, add the rest of the flour mixture and whisk until smooth. Cook until thickened.

I started the crockpot on high and turned to low after an hour. It was also easier (to me) to pour the liquid into a pan and make the gravy on the stovetop.
