1 Tbsp. + 1/4 tsp, Sea Salt, divided
4 Tbsp. EVOO, divided
1/2 lb. Spaghetti
3 Tbsp. Butter, divided
1 lb. Asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2" pieces
1/2 tsp. Pepper, divided
4 cloves Garlic, minced
1 lb. Lg. Shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 Tbsp. Lemon Jest, grated
1/4 c. Lemon Juice
1/3 c. Fresh Parsley, finely chopped
Parmesan Cheese, grated

Boil large pot of water. Add 1 Tbsp. Salt and EVOO. Cos pasta to 2 minutes less than package instructions. Drain , return to pot and cover.

Place deep pan over medium-high heat and add 1 Tbsp. EVOO and 1 Tbsp. butter, asparagus, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Cook for 5 minutes or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Remove from pan. Add 2 Tbsp EVOO and 2 Tbsp butter. Once butter has melted, add garlic and cook for 1 minute stirring frequently.

Add shrimp in a single layer. Season with remaining 1 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper. Saute' for 1 minute per side, or until pinked opaque. Stir in lemon jest, lemon juice and parsley. Turn off heat and add pasta and asparagus. Toss to combine. Serve with cheese.
