1 lb Brussell Sprouts sliced in half.
Good Oli Oil I have also used the drippings from bacon I cook 4 sliced in the oven on tray 425 for 20 minutes, crumble bacon
2 T Butter
1T Onion Power
1T Garlic Power
1/4 C Panco Breadcrumbs
Coat Brussell Sprouts in bacon drippings

Roast Brussell sprots on cookie sheet at 425 for 5 minutes
Mix melted butter with breadcrumbs, onion patter, & garlic power
I serve with ranch dressing.

1/2 stick butter
2 T olive oil
1/2 T Onion powder
1/2 T garlic powder

Cut Sprouts in 1/2 or keep whole and wrap in Bacon
Roast at 425 for 25 to 30 minutes
While hot sprinkle with Parm cheese

I make these 2 or 3 times a month
