Tart Dough:
3 C flour
1 1/2 C brown sugar
3 sticks butter, room temperature
Pinch kosher salt
Filling:
5 Honeycrisp apples, sliced thin
2 Tbs flour
1 tsp cinnamon
2/3 C bottled caramel sauce
Topping:
1 1/3 C flour
1/2 C quick oats
1/3 C brown sugar
1/3 C sugar
Pinch kosher salt
1 stick butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

In large bowl, beat together flour, brown sugar, butter, and salt dough forms. Press dough into bottom of sheet pan. Set aside.

In large bowl, toss apple with flour and cinnamon. Scatter over dough. Drizzle caramel over apples.

In medium bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, sugar, and salt. Slowly drizzle butter until well combined. Sprinkle topping over apples and caramel.

Bake 35-37 minutes or until golden. Let cool about 10 minutes. Cut into squares and serve with ice cream.
