Directions:If you are using fresh herbs, tie them up in a bag (I find an old knee high works perfectly) twist the bag around to crush the leaves, then toss it into your bath water as it runs. Fortunately we can get the essential oils almost anywhere today. Add 3 to 4 drops to your bath water. DO NOT BUY ESSENTIAL OILS IN CLEAR BOTTLES! .
