3 Eggs
1 cup Oil
2 cups Sugar
2 tspsps Vanilla
2 cups Zucchini, shredded
1 Crushed pineapple, drained
3 cups Flour
1 cup Nuts, chopped fine
1+1/2 tspsps Cinnamon
1 tspsps Salt
2 tspsps Baking soda
1/2 tspsps Baking powder
3/4 tspsps Nutmeg
1 cup Raiens, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together eggs, oil, vanilla until foamy.
Stir in zucchini and pineapple.
Combine all dry ingredients and walnuts and raisen, if wanted.
Mix well.
Pour into greased lolf pans or dishes or mu
Bake 360 * 1 hour for loaves, 30 minutes for muffins.
STORED: freezes well (I have kept it in my freezer for about a year. We forgot it!)
