Rince meat Pour one cup of Rosemary mariniade over potk
Let sit for 55 minutes or overnight in a sealed container, pour out the marinade and disgard
Roast or chops grill over direct heat covered for 1-2 minutes per lbs (theremomerter 160*) turning occasionally or use roitersiety
Chops Grill, uncovered for one hour, cut for doneness, turning occasionally

Roast grille over direct heat covered for 5 minutes per lbs (3# roast for 15-20 minutes)
Turning occasionally until done
