4 28oz cans of tomato puree
4 6oz cans of tomato paste
1 3lb pork loin roast (or pork chops)
3 lbs. of Italian sausage (use hot or sweet) - Joanne uses sweet normally
4lbs of meatballs (see recipe -Joan & Joanne's meatballs)
Italian Seasoning
Salt & Pepper
Sugar
Garlic Cloves (minced)

Directions:
Directions:
In LARGE saucepan, add tomato puree and paste (must be 3 cans of water with each can of paste)
Season with salt, pepper and Italian seasoning to taste (add a little at a time)
Add a couple tsps. of sugar
Add a couple cloves of minced garlic
Cut pork into cubes and add to sauce
Add meatballs
Simmer for about 3 hours or until done, stirring frequently (do not let stick to bottom of pan)
While simmering, taste and add seasonings & sugar if needed
