Personal Notes:
Serve with noodles or rice. I always loved the Eugene Saturday Market. The smells. The eclectic feel of the market – it had feel never to duplicated. The Portland Saturday Market has a different feel to it. Years later the Gresham Saturday Market came close but never lived up to Eugene’s feel! As you can see, I love open air markets! I've visited open air markets in many country's but the Eugene Saturday Market is still my favorite.
