1/3 cup butter
1 Clove of garlic -minced
1 small onion - finely chopped
1/2 lb. Scallops - chopped
1/4 lb. baby or medium shrimp - chopped
1/2 lb. Fresh cooked crabmeat
1/2 cup dry white wine (to taste)
2 to 3 cups Italian bread crumbs (or crushed Ritz crackers)
6 oz. to 8 oz. Scrod or Haddock Filets
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup water
Salt
Fresh ground black pepper
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Coat a 12 inch skillet with the olive oil
Sauté garlic and onion until onions are translucent
Add scallops and cook 2-3 minutes
Melt one stick (1/4 cup) of butter in the pan with the scallops
Add chopped shrimp and sauté until shrimp turns pink
Add 1/2 cup of wine and 1/2 cup of water
Add crabmeat
Let simmer for 5 minutes
Mix in bread crumbs until desired moist consistency of stuffing is obtained
Let cool

Spoon stuffing onto lightly oiled pan (6 separate scoops) and cover with scrod. Coat lightly with bread crumbs and drizzle with 1/4 cup of melted butter.

Bake at 400 for 25 minutes
