I lb. imitation lobster or crab meat
Pepper
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Mayo
Directions:
Directions:
Soak lobster/crab meat for 3 min
Remove from water - squeeze out all liquid
Chop or shred meat
Add pepper & onion powder to your taste
Sprinkle with garlic powder
Add mayo to your liking
Mix together

** Do not add any salt
