2 cups milk
1 well beaten egg
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1cup minute rice
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
Directions:
Directions:
Gradually stir milk & eggs together in sauce pan over medium heat
Add sugar and rice gradually
Stir mixture until it comes a boil
Add raisins and vanilla
Pour into serving dish
Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg
Serve warm or cold
