4# lamb leg roast
1 t salt
pepper
2 t minced garlic
1 1/2 thyme
2 c beef stock

Directions:
Directions:
Place lamb in slow cooker. Sprinkle salt, garlic & thyme over the roast. Pout a can of beef stock around it. Cook on low for 10 hours. Remove from pot and let sit about 30 minutes before slicing.

I set the cooker to high for the first hour and then move to low. I used the same ingredients for six lamb shanks, but cooked for 8 hours instead of 10.
