To make Egg:
1/2 Cup mashed potatoes
1 1/2 lb. Confectionary Sugar
1 bag shredded coconut
1/2 tsp. Cream of Tartar
1 Tsp Vanilla
1/4 lb. Butter or margarine

For Dipping:
3 oz Semi Sweet Chocolate (1/2 semi sweet & 1/2 bitter sweet may be used instead)

Directions:

Making Eggs:
Combine all ingredients (except chocolate) together.
Shape into eggs
Chill until firm
(Add more confectionary sugar if needed to hold shape)

Dipping Eggs:
Combine 3oz semisweet chocolate bits & 2 Tbs. Paraffin in double boiler
When chocolate is melted, dip eggs and put on wax paper until set

*To make cream with fruit & nuts eggs (not coconut)
Omit coconut
Omit vanilla
Increase butter to 1/2 lb.
Use 1 cup fruit
Add 1/2 cup of nuts
With Cherries use almond flavoring
