8 ounces fettuccini
10 ounces frozen peas + carrots (thawed)
10 ounces cauliflower (thawed)
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 cup french fried onions (divided)
10 ounces alfredo sauce
1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare fettuccini per package instructions. Combine veggies, mozzarella,1/2 ff onions in a 2-quart baking dish. Twirl fettuccini and sit on top of the veggie mixture. Combine alfredo sauce and milk, pour over top. Put foil over pan and bake for 35 minutes. Stir pasta and veggies together and sprinkle with the remaining ff onions. Bake uncovered for 3 minutes.
