2 cup sugar
4 tbsp cocoa
2 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup margerine
1 cup hot water
2 beaten eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients together. Bring margerine and water to boil in pot and pour over dry ingredients. Beat until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Bake at 350º in a greased floured cookie sheet for 25 minutes.

Icing
1/2 c margerine
6 tbsp milk
1 cup marshmellows
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups sifted icing sugar
2 tbsp sifted cocoa

Place marg, milk and marshmallows in pot over med heat and stir until all is blended. Add cocoa. Remove from heat, add vanilla & icing sugar. Mix well adn spread on cooled cake. freezes well.
