1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter
2 tbsp white sugar
Makes a shortbread bottom
Cream together & put in a 9 X 13 pan. Bake @ 350º for 15 0 20 mins until golden brown. Let cool

1 large container cool whip
8 oz pkg cream cheese
3/4 cup white sugar
2 pkgs of pistachio pudding
2 cups milk
more cool whip

Directions:

Beat @ high speed cream cheese and sugar adding cool whip last. Spread this on top of the shortbread bottom after it has cooled.
Next, beat 2 pkg pistachio pudding and 2 cups of milk. Spread this mixture over the cream cheese mixture. Top it with cool whip or whipping cream.
