1 c. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. flour
16 oz. cream cheese
2 tsp. almond extract
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cornstarch
1/4 c. water
2 c. fresh or frozen raspberries
1 T. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Blend 1/2 c. butter, flour, and 1/2 c. powdered sugar. Pat into greased 9x13 pan. Bake for 20 minutes. Mix together cream cheese, 1/2 c. butter, 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar, and almond extract until creamy. Spread over cooled crust. Refrigerate. In a saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch, stir in water until smooth. Add raspberries. Bring to a boil, cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat, stir in lemon juice. Let cool. Spread over cream cheese layer. If desired dust with powdered sugar. Store in refrigerator.
