1 Lime juice, 1/4 cup
1 Chili powder, 1 tspsps
1 Celanto
1 Garlric powder, 1tbspsp
1 Sugar, 1 tbspsp
1 Soy sauce, 1/2 cup
1 Brown sugar, 3 tbspsp
1 Cream of tartor, 5 tspsps

In a mixing bowl wisk all ingredients together
In glass bowl microwave 50% 1 minute, wisk bristly 1 minute
