1 pkg. Miracle Rice Substitute (8 oz.)
1 pkg. Spam Lite (2.5 oz.)
1 can Peas & Carrots (8.5 oz.)
˝ pkg. Fried Rice Seasoning Mix (0.74 oz.)
1 tbsp. Olive Oil
˝ tbsp. Soy Sauce
2 lg. Eggs

Directions:
Directions:
1. Dice the spam up and cook in a sauté pan until a little crispy. Move the spam to a medium mixing bowl, leaving the oil.
2. In the same sauté pan used for the spam, scramble and cook the eggs. Pour eggs into the same bowl as the spam and stir together.
3. Over high heat, add oil to skillet and sauté rice for 1-2 minutes.
4. Stir in seasoning and soy sauce.
5. Add the scrambled eggs and spam into the rice and stir.
6. Add green onions, peas and carrots, and any additional ingredients and sauté for 1-2 more minutes.
