CAKE:
1 box butter cake mix
3/4 cup buttermilk
4 eggs
1 1/2 sticks of butter

ICING:
1 Large can of pineapple (heavy syrup)
2 cups of sugar
5 heaping tbsp corn starch
Directions:
Directions:
For Cake: Mix all cake ingredients together about 2 minutes on medium speed. Pour mix into 3, 9inch prepared cake pans. Bake at 350º until toothpick comes our clean (15-20 minutes).

For Icing: Cook all icing ingredients until thick enough to spread. Cake may be stacked while icing cools.
