½ c. Strawberries, frozen (70g)
1 scoop. Protein Powder
1 tbsp. Chia Seeds
¼ med Banana, frozen (45g)
1 c. Orange Juice, pulp free, lite
½ tsp. Stevia
¾ c. Water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and then blend until smooth.
2. If you want a colder smoothie you can add in some ice.
3. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy.
