2 ½ cups all purpose flour
¾ cup sugar
½ cup chopped walnut
2 tsp. Baking powder
2 tsp. Dried rosemary
¼ tsp. Salt
Grated zest of one lemon (1 tbsp.)
2 eggs lightly beaten
¼ cup sweet wine or apple juice
½ cup extras virgin olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350ºF. Lightly coat loaf pan with vegetable cooking oil.

In a bowl, stir together the flour, sugar, walnuts, baking powder, rosemary, salt and lemon zest. In another bowl, blend the edds, wine and olive oil; stir into the dry ingredients. Transfer the batter into loaf pain and smooth surface. Bake 25 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.

This sweet and savory break makes great toast to serve with salad, soup, or cheese on special occasion. It can be frozen for up to 2 months.
