1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup margarine
2 cups chopped ham
1 small potato diced
1/4 cup diced carrots
1/2 cup broccoli
1/2 cup cauliflower
1/2 cup peas - optional
1/2 cup sour cream or more if desired
1/3-1-2 cup Cheese Whiz
2 cups water
1/4 tsp celery salt or 1/4 cup chopped celery
1/8 teaspoon pepper or more to taste
1/8 tsp salt or more to taste
1/2 cup corn
1 -2 cups shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onions and celery, (if using celery,) until onions are transparent and slightly browned. Add potatoes, carrots, broccoli and cauliflower and cook about 10 min stirring every few min. Add chopped ham and 2 cups water. Add seasonings. Cook until done and until the broccoli and cauliflower are in tiny pieces. Add peas if using Taste and add more seasonings if needed.
Add sour cream and cheeses. Heat until melted but do not boil. Stir regularly to keep cheese from sticking on bottom of pot. Delicious served with garlic toast.
