1½ lb. Hamburger
1 cup cracker crumbs
1¼ cup milk I
1 egg
1 small onion
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. dry mustard
¼ tsp. Pepper
1 tsp. Sage
1 clove garlic
Baby Rays BBQ sauce (to top meatloaf)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut small onion into diced pieces.

Combine onion, egg, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, dry mustard, pepper and sage.
Add in ground beef, cracker crumbs and milk.
Place in a loaf pan.

Bake in oven at 350ºF for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Remove meatloaf and generously cover the top with BBQ sauce. Put back in oven and bake 20 more minutes.
