3 eggs
1 c. light corn syrup
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp., butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. pecan halves
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell

Beat eggs slightly. Stir in corn syrup, sugar, butter, salt and vanilla. Blend well. Stir in pecan halves. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees and bake 25 to 30 more minutes, until puffed across top. Cool before cutting.
