1 ½ pounds meat (beef or turkey)
32 ounces mixed vegetables
28 ounce can Hunts tomato sauce
1-pkg lipton onion soup mix
1-2 onions (or can used frozen chopped)
¾ cup pearled barley (or can use rice or leave out to lower carbs)
½ head green cabbage
(either cut up or get shredded cabbage in a bag)
1- 49 ounce can chicken soup
(may use more or less depending on how thick you want the soup)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the ground beef/chuck (or ground turkey if you like)
Add
frozen mixed vegetables
hunts tomato sauce
lipton onion soup mix
cut up onions
chopped up green cabbage
pearl barley
canned chicken soup
may need more water or chicken soup for consistency of soup
add salt and pepper to taste
Simmer
