1 lb ground Italian sausage
24 oz jar spaghetti sauce
4 C chicken broth
8 oz cream cheese
8 oz sliced fresh mushrooms
16 oz frozen cheese tortellini
2 oz fresh spinach leaves
Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and set aside. Add spaghetti sauce, chicken broth, cream cheese and mushrooms to large pot. Cook on medium heat until cream cheese is completely melted. Stir in frozen tortellini and spinach. Cover and cook for 15 minutes or until tortellini is tender and hot, stirring occasionally. Stir in browned sausage. Serve topped with parmesan cheese.
