1 lb hot sausage
1 lb mild sausage
2 cups quick cooking grits
2 tsp salt
8 cups boiling water
1 stick butter
1/2 lb grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups milk
6 eggs, slightly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausages, drain well. Cook grits 5 min in boiling salted water. Add butter and cheese and stir until cheese is melted. Add eggs, milk and sausage. Mix well and pour into 9x13 in pan. Bake at 350º for 30 min. Recipe can be cut in half. Serve warm.
