1 lb sausage (breakfast or italian)
1 lb bacon
1 medium yellow onion
5 medium russet potatoes
1 (32oz) container chicken broth
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 cups chopped spinach
2 cups water
salt/pepper
parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes and slice thinly. Chop onion and put in soup pot with potatoes, broth, water, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer with lid until potatoes are tender. Meanwhile fry chopped bacon and sausage, drain well. Add to potatoes and cook 10 min. Add cream and spinach and warm but do not boil. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
