6 Potatoes,shreeded
1 #. Bacon slices
1 cup cheese, cheddar, monterey jack, gurea, mexican pepper jack, shredded
1/4 cup Butter, melted
1+1/4 cup Sour cream, topping
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 cup Cives or gr onions, tops only for garnish

Cook the potatoes in salted water until done
In a fry pan cook bacon until crip, drain and crumple
Pour the drained potatoes, add to a 9 X 13 baking dish, or if individual serving put in muffin tins add the melted butter, top with. cheese and bacon, season with salt and pepper, top with fried onions
Bake: 375* for 15 minutes or
until brown,
