2 cups old-fashioned oatmeal
2 cups almond milk
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1 large beaten egg
1 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 cup fresh blueberries

Streusel
1 cup old-fashioned oatmeal
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Place the oats, milk, sugar, cinnamon in a large bowl. Cover and place in refrigerator overnight. In morning, stir in egg and baking powder, and blueberries. Pour into a 9 x 9 inch pan.

Mix the streusel ingredients together and sprinkle all over the oatmeal. Bake 350ºfor 35-40 minutes.
