12 corn tortillas
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
Salt
1 can El Pato
2 eggs
¼ onion, diced
½ cup queso fresco or cheese of choice

Directions:
Directions:
Tear or cut tortillas into small pieces or triangles. Heat oil in frying pan, when hot add tortillas. Continually stir until crispy, adding salt to taste. Add El pato and then fill the can with water and add it to the pan. Bring to a boil. Once boiling, add eggs and scramble. When egg is fully cooked, turn off heat. Sprinkle on onion and cheese.
