1 Almond flour
1 Egg
2 tspsps Vanilla
1/2 tspsps salt
1 tspsps Baking soda

Drop onto ungreased cooking sheet
Bake 350 * for 8-9 minutes
Cool on rack until cooled
Store in cookie jar for 10 days before
In the refrigerator for a month
Freeze for up to a year
