2½ c. graham crumbs
½ c. softened butter (crust)
2 c. powdered sugar
½ c. softened butter (filling)
4oz. softened cream cheese (½ c.)
8oz. cool whip (1 c.)
20oz. can crushed pineapples, drained (2½ c.)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 300ºF
2. Combine crumbs and butter
3. Press 2 c. crumb mix into 9x9 inch pan, reserve rest of crumb for topping
4. Bake 8-10min, cool before adding filling
5. Beat cream cheese and butter on med until creamy
6. Turn mixer to low and slowly add powder sugar until combined
7. Turn mixer to high and beat for 1min
8. Add a heaping tbsp of drained pineapple and stir
9. Spoon over crust and spread evenly
10. Fold rest of pineapple into cool whip and spread over cream cheese layer
11. Sprinkle reserved crumb over top
12. Chill 4hrs or overnight
