3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
2 Medium Sweet Onions, diced
3 Cloves Garlic, minced
4 Cups Chicken Broth
28 Ounce Can Crushed Tomatoes
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1/2 Cup Ditalini Pasta
1/2 Cup Heavy Cream

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot, warm the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onions and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Until golden brown. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Stir in the chicken stock, tomatoes and salt and pepper. Bring the soup to a boil and add the ditalini and simmer for ten minutes. Stir in the cream, return soup to a very gentle simmer and cook for another 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Note: The soup should be stirred every few minutes while on stove.
turn off heat and let rest for 10 minutes.
