"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º F. Grease 12 muffin tins heavily. Melt 200 g (2 bars) of chocolate, Nutella and butter at a low temperature, stirring constantly. Add eggs and stir until smooth. Add flour and sugar. Mix well.
Divide batter evenly among muffin tins. Place 1 piece of chocolate in the centre of each cake. Place cakes in oven and bake for no longer than 14 minutes. Once done the edges should be firm but the centres soft.
Let cool for 10 minutes before removing from tins. Do so carefully as the cakes will be delicate.

A friend made these for me once, and they were so good I asked her for the recipe! She gladly gave it to me, and I thought I'd share it, as I enjoyed them so much!
