1 family sized package cheese tortellini
1 bottle of Kraft Zesty Italian dressing (I swear this particular brand is what makes the recipe, do not stray)
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
1 orange bell pepper, chopped
1 red onion, chopped
1 cucumber, chopped
optional: can add chopped pepperonis, black olives, green pepper, pepperoncinis, shredded cheese, etc. whatever you like veggie wise!

Boil tortellini per package instructions, then drain and rinse under cold water until cool. Do not overcook the noodles or let them soak in water otherwise they will become soggy.

Chop all veggies and add to a large salad bowl. Add cooled tortellini and bottle of dressing. Mix well, then refrigerate at least 20 minutes, but it is best if refrigerated overnight. The longer it sits, the more the noodles soak up the dressing so you may want to reserve some dressing to add in later.
