Shave semi-frozen steaks in a meat slicer or purchase shaved steak from a deli

Fry steak in a large frying pan and use two spatulas to break up the steak into small pieces till almost done. (it’ll be hard hot and sweaty but fun) Add desired amounts of onions, Montreal Steak seasoning, salt, and pepper – stir till finished.
