1+1/4 cups Sugar, divided
1+1/2 cup Almond Flour
1 cup chunky Peanut butter
1 stick Butter
1 tspsps Baking soda,
1/4 tspsps Salt
1 Egg
1 tspsps Vanilla,

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl combine sugar and butter until smooth
Beat in eggs, vanilla and peanut butter until combined Shift in flour, salt and baking soda Roll into 1 " balls Dip in sugar
Flaten with cookie press
Bake on greeced baking sheet for 12-15 minutes or until brown on edges Remove from baking sheet
Transfer to wire rack until throughly cooled
Store in sealed cookie jar for one month
Store in sealed container in freezer for up to a year
