Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 lbs. hamburger
64 oz. Campbell's Tomato Juice
28 oz. can diced tomatoes
2-15 oz. cans dark red kidney beans, drained
2-15 oz cans chili beans in mild sauce
1 yellow onion, diced
4 celery stalks, diced
1/3 c. chili powder
1/3 c. brown sugar
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Chop up your celery and onion. Brown hamburger in skillet. To speed up cooking time, you may add your celery and onion to the hamburger to soften. I usually season the hamburger with salt and pepper.

While hamburger is browning, open all your cans, rinse the kidney beans, and add to dutch oven or large soup pot along with the tomato juice. Add your browned hamburger, onion and celery, along with the brown sugar and chili powder. Bring to a gentle boil and simmer until beans and veggies are soft ~10-15 minutes.

This recipe is SO easy to adjust flavors on. I personally like an equal ratio of chili powder to brown sugar, but you can always adjust either one easily after serving. If you want a more soupy chili, either use less hamburger or add less tomato juice.
