⅓ c. margarine
½ c. sugar
1 egg
1 ½ c. flour
1 ½ tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. vanilla
¼ tsp. nutmeg
¼ tsp. cinnamon
⅛ tsp. mace
½ c. milk
½ c. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients. Mix dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture alternately with milk. Fill greased mini muffin tins ⅔ full and bake at 400º for 11 minutes. Dip in butter and then in mixture of 1 c. sugar and 2 tsp. cinnamon. Serve warm.
For breakfast: Make these the evening before and cover, then warm in microwave in the morning.
