4 large potatoes

Salsa
2 large tomatoes (prefer Roma)
5 tomatillos Miller’s
3 cloves of garlic
¼ of an onion
1 tsp oregano
⅛ tsp pepper
Pinch of cloves (clavos)
1 pasilla chile (without seeds)
Salt to taste


Corn tortillas
Oil for frying

Toppings
Lettuce or cabbage
Shredded cheese
Sour cream
Chile

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes. Peel potatoes. Smash potatoes and add salt to taste.

Place the salsa ingredients in a blender and blend until liquified. Add mixture to potatoes and mix well.

Get a corn tortilla, place 2 spoonfuls of mixture in middle and fold. In a deep frying pan, heat about 1 inch of oil until hot. Fry tacos in oil until doradditos (golden brown).

Remove from oil. Top with lettuce or cabbage, cheese, sour cream, and chile to taste.
