Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 package sugar cookie dough (24 piece)
1 block cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp butter, softened
1 1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Fruit for topping (I use kiwi, strawberry, and blueberry)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Grease a mini muffin pan and place one piece of cookie dough in each cup.

2. Bake at oven temp as per package directions for 15-20 minutes until edges are lightly golden.

3. When finished cooking, take out of oven and take a 1/2 tbsp to press slightly into each cookie to form a cup. Leave in the pan to cool (I put in the fridge for 10-15 mins).

4. Take out of pan once cool and set aside.

5. To make the frosting, cream together the cream cheese and butter. Add the vanilla and powdered sugar and mix on high until well combined and smooth.

6. Pipe frosting inside each cooled cookie cup and top with the desired fruit.
