1 cup raspberries (frozen or fresh)
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 lb confectioner's sugar
1 cup butter room temperature
1 tsp vanilla
1-2 tbsp milk as needed

Directions:
Directions:
1. Add raspberries and lemon juice to a saucepan over medium heat. After the mixture heats up for a few minutes, mash the raspberries then allow it to simmer for about 10 minutes.

2. Strain mixture into a bowl to remove the seeds. Cover and chill about 10 minutes in the fridge.

3. Cream the room temperature butter for a few minutes.
Beat in the confectioner’s sugar and vanilla. Add in the raspberry reduction (1/4 cup).

4. Add 1-2 tablespoons of milk if desired to get to your desired consistency.
