2 cans crescent rolls
2 8 oz cream cheese
1 cups sugar
1 egg separated
1 tsp vanilla


topping:
1/2 cup sugar
cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 12 x 15 pan, spread out crescent rolls and pinch together edges.

Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and egg yolk and spread over crescent rolls.

Top with second can of crescent rolls. Beat egg white and brush over crescent roll layer.
Mix 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon to taste over rolls.
You can add chopped nuts if desired.

Bake at 350º for 35 minutes.
