1½ cups of sweet cream butter, soften
1 cup of Cocoa
5 cups of powder sugar
1/3 cup of cream, (can use milk)

Directions:

This is for a large or layered cake.

In a mixing bowl cream together the butter, Cocoa, powder sugar and cream until light and fluffy. You may want to add more cream or milk to desired consistency.

For a nine by thirteen pan make 1/2 the amount of frosting, or make it all up and use what is needed, it stores in the refrigerator for one month.
