1 cup of vegetable oil
2 sticks of butter (room temperature)
1 cup of packed brown sugar
1 cup of white sugar

1 tbsp of milk
1 tbsp of vanilla
1 egg

1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1tsp cream of tarter
4 cups of flour

3 cups of chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together until it is nice and fluffy the oil, butter, sugars.

Then add and mix in the milk, vanilla and egg.

In a separate bowl mix together the baking soda, salt, cream of tarter and flour and add this to the mix one spoonful at a time. Trust the process.

Fold the chocolate chips into the batter.

Bake at 350 degrees F. for 10 minutes, let cookies cool on the pan for 15 minutes to finish cooking.

I found this receipt on line and tried it, made the best chocolate chip cookies in my opinion.

I make these cookies in my Kitchen Aid mixer.
