1 yellow cake mix
2 cans crushed pineapple with juice
8 oz. jar Marshmallow cream, topping
1 can pineapple tidbites and juice
3 cups raspberries
2 pints cream
1/2 cup sugar, divided
1/2 cup coconut flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Wash berries and pat dry.
Bake cake mix according to pkg directions but add cinnamon and mollassis.
Immediately roll in towel covered with powdered sugar and walnuts.
Beginning at one narrow end roll together with the towel, set aside to cool
Whip cream together with sugar and vanilla, set aside.
Blend raspberries until smooth add sugar.
Mix whipped cream with pineapple, coconut and berries, set aside
Add mashmellow cream to the berry mixture.
Carefully unroll the cake completely.
Add filling saving enough whipped cream mixture to for the top.
Reroll the cake into a roll.
Top with the whipped cream mixture.
Decorate the top with coconut and pineapple tidbites.
Cut and serve.
